We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

We've secured your spot - and understand that sometimes you will need to cancel or reschedule. No big deal. 

If you do need to cancel or reschedule, however, we ask you give us 24 hours notice so we can fill your appointment time. 

If you cancel less then 24 hours of your appointment time 25% of your scheduled service will be charged. If you just don't show up - your credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 

If this happens a second time - you'll be billed the full amount.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

 

At Studio Skin our product is tried and tested personally by our staff members. We only recommend products we know will work for our clients.

 If you purchased a product and it has not been open, it can be returned within 30 days from day it was purchased for a full refund. If the product has been open, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from day it was purchased.
